Default Morning All -

Hello, had another 4 points yesterday...seem to be on track now....
I was only down .5 of a pound this morning, so I am not going to count it, it is too small - obviously I didnt bounce back to well from my eat-a-thon weekend last week
Oh well, I am very happy with what I have done this challenge period and no that I will see a good loss next Friday and NO cheating this weekend for me!!!

Julie - Congrats!! I wish I was halfway done, even though I have lost quite a bit I still have a buttload more, but I know it can be done - and you are one of my inspirations ( and all of you girls who are losing ) ... you are doing a great job Julie, and if you dont win this challenge I know you will be a fierce competitor for it next challenge

Hi to everyone else, have a great day....

Hey chickies!

Julie, I am so pround of you! Half way, you will be there in no time.

Carrie, I see you hiting your 185 goal by June!

Everyone is doing so great. My ending weight is 189, up 5 lbs but I am happy with that. I sit and think that if it wasnt for the meds I would have lost some but oh well it wasnt ment to be. I am just thankful that I was able to loose a total of the 5 that the meds put on. I guess that I will use 189 as the beging for the next challenge as I will be extremly busy this weekend and it will be tues before I will be able to check in.

hugs
sandy

Good Morning!

Julie - A very big contratualtions! and very soon you'll break into the 100's I'm excited for you!

I've got some good news of my own, I'm down 2 pounds which makes me a pound LESS than what I weighed before Christmas...ITS ALL GONE that candy and gouda and grrrr ...This is the lightest I've been since I remember stepping on the scale in the 5th grade and I had broken 100 lbs. (I avoided scales at all costs) WOO HOO I am also ONE POUND...just ONE from no longer being Obese...here's to this week!

Well that only puts me at 6 pounds loss for the challenege I guess...but...if you count what I gained total and then lost back...its 10 pounds Just kidding.

Everyone did a good job and we are going to do better the next challenge, which starts tomorrow, right??????

SandyB: I need your current weight for the challenge

AmandaP: I know you said you didn't want to continue to participate because where you lived, etc, but I am more than willing to send you the gift card if you win and not only that, but even in England, you can use it anywhere they take Visa so feel free to give me you ending weight if you would like to participate.

NOW FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE NOW PART OF THE GROUP AND WERE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE FIRST QUARTER, I NEED YOUR CURRENT WEIGHT BY TOMORROW AT THE LATEST FOR THE SECOND QUARTER CHALLENGE, ZOOKEEPER, MSCAT, CAT IF YOU HAVE DECIDED YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE THIS QUARTER, AMANDA456, KNOBHDY, PLEASE E-MAIL OR PM ME YOUR BEGINNING WEIGHT.

I am 318 this morning so that will be my beginning weight to keep track of. I put it in my spreadsheet, but just wanted everyone to know my starting weight since I get to participate in this quarter's challenge.

I did about as well as I could at the interview. They spent a whole hour with me and I even talked with 2 of the doctor's besides the office manager so that is encouraging.

Need to eat because I was too nervous to eat before I went.

Hi Ladies,
I hope everyone is having as good weather as we are here. Sunny, slightly breezy and very warm.
So happy.
Well I won't be making my goal for mayday. I weighed in at 189 lbs this morning, which while a 3 lbs loss for this week , isn't enough to bring me to 185 by tomorrow. I blame it on the weigh lifting I was doing (and will be continuing to do again next week) I was gaining muscle. Tonight I am taking progress photos to compair to 6 weeks ago when I set my goal. I hope I can see the difference there to help me get through the slower weight loss.
Also this weekend I will be getting new shoes for walking so I can go back to my 5 miles a day. I have really missed walking since my blisters grounded me. They are almost healed, which is good cause I will be on my feet running around all saturday. (and by running I do mean running, my friends and I still chase each other through the woods with sticks. The only difference is that now that we are older and wiser we pad our sticks )

Faye- I am glad to hear the interview went well. I will keep my fingers crossed for you and this job.

Julie - congrats on the loss and being half way there. That is dedication!

Congrats to everyone who lost this week. We are all fabulous and we will all loose it all.

CONGRATS ON THE AWESOME LOSSES EVERYONE

I'm so psyched to read about everybody's successes!! Great Job everyone......

Faye, since I'm buying the gift card this time, I guess that leaves me out of the challenge. Not that I won't be working my butt off anyway Can't wait to hear if you got the job!

Knohbdy--it sounds like you have a hobby like mine. Are you in the SCA by any chance? We run around the woods hitting each other with sticks, too, but we don't pad them. Course, we also wear armor.

Well, just a quick check in. See you in the morning.

Man, I never get a break around here! Actually, I was waiting to hear from Sandy B as she is the only one that hasn't reported in. Sorry, have to keep you in suspense for one more day. SandyB you have until tomorrow morning to let me know your weight if you want to compete for this quarter's challenge.

Hope everyone is having a nice evening. We get another mini trip next weekend. I got a free two days stay at one of the casino's down here for next weekend and $15 so Jack is taking me for Friday and Saturday.

Well, Jack is back home so I need to go.

Talk to everyone in the morning!

Sorry I've been away again. I've found that if I get on the computer in the morning I spend too much time catching up instead of exercising. I've been walking almost every morning for 45 min, which is great, but I don't have as much time in the evenings to catch up here..

Thanks to everyone for the breakfast advice. I looked through a Suzanne Sommers book, and there are protein breakfast ideas that I think I can modify and use.

In spite of being WAY op early this week I still lost 1/2 pound and I'm back on track now. It was raining this morning, so instead of walking I did a bunch of chores around the house, so that'll have to do for today.

Congratulations to EVERYONE on all your determination and hard work!!
