Happy New Year!
I am back again, trying again. I started the New Year with the desire but no plan so I was disorganized and unsuccessful. Today I started off counting portions (5 grains, 2 milks, 3 proteins per day, etc.) but it ended up more about counting calories. Combo foods are hard to separate. I also moved my WATP video to near the VCR which is progress. So, I have a question, if counting calories does it matter what you eat as long as you don't go over the total for the day? Or do you have to balance it out from all food groups. I know it is better to be balanced but do you have to be? So here I my goals: count calories while trying to make healthier choices, actually put the tape in the vcr, and maybe join local tops for support.
Glad to see so many familiars and many newbies. It's like coming home. I need to update my tracker (in the wrong direction, lol)

Sounds like you have a good plan. Just put it in action...You can do this.
