Hidie Ho!
Hump day! Yeeha, two more wake ups then it is the weekend. My DS gets to play his football game Saturday at the RCA Dome, downtown Indy on Saturday. That will be a lifetime memory for him. He is very excited about it.
Hi Debbie - I can't seem to stay awake long enough to watch anything on TV. I lay down with my shows about to start and zap, fall asleep and miss everything. I would love to catch the biggest loser at least once. Your son, sometimes we have to use tough love with them.
Susie - Don't forget to take "me" time. That sure helps the stress. I still swear by the candlelight, hot bubbly bath, door shut and locked, lay back and relax. I come out of there a new person.
Holly - Maybe you are way too hard on yourself. I use to stress about my house, clean it EVERY Saturday morning into the afternoon, get all the laundry done, etc etc, till about 2 years ago. The house and laundry will always be there, but your time on earth to enjoy life is not. I clean about once every two weeks, or hit and miss, touch on stuff that needs it. I am more into life and enjoyment now. It took me going thru divorce after 21 years, the sale of my home of 16 years, the loss of my job of 23 years, (all in a 6mo span) to realize material things don't mean much and life is way too short to stress over things that really don't matter in the end. I have never been this happy in life. Truly. You are an awesome wife and mom, just be sure to enjoy life and don't stretch yourself too thin. (no pun intended). Quit worrying and feeling guilty over the little things, cause you ROCK sista.
Guess I got a little windy and carried away. Everyone have a marvelous day!
Love and Hugs to all
Annie

. I was a good girl
and only had a "little" portion of everything - even the cheesecake!
I mean very little - about 2 oz. of cheesecake. I felt like I was still in control - which is hard for me at buffets and potlucks as I tend to totally pig out
and suffer for days afterwards.
! One drink and my diet flies out the window!
