Sheesh! Just call me Stupid from now on!!
I figured out why I've not been losing any lbs. even though I've been exercising like a mad woman--I've been eating about a gazillion calories a day!! Duh! Really, I didn't realize exactly how MUCH I'd been eating--I thought I was doing pretty good. But I went on Fitday.com today and started a food log, and I am doing TERRIBLY!!!! Time to start measuring out those portion sizes and subtracting the calories from my goal, instead of just "eating." Sorry about the rant. Cheryl |
