Bon Voyage to ME
Chach: Wow - - 4.2!!!! Looks like the 10lb'er will be yours soon!
Well, this is my last post until I return, when I will be considerably tanner, far more relaxed, and hopefully not too much heavier ; ). My 12 goals for the cruise are: 1. Avoid dinner rolls and breads 2. Think about what I am going to eat before I eat it - - no mindless snacking. 3. Avoid eating more than 2/3 of any dessert 4. Not worry about whether food is "allowed," - I will allow myself to indulge this week :devil: (but see goals #1 & #2) 5. Not eat when I am already quite full 6. Water. Water. Water. 7. Bourbon. Bourbon. Bourbon. ;) 8. Dance. Dance. Dance. 9. Exercise every day, even if it is just a couple miles walk :strong: 10. Do not take the elevator but instead stick w/ the stairs. 11. Make sure Linda has best anniversary yet. :cheers: 12. Have a GREAT time. We'll check in with all of you a week from Sunday with a full trip report. Be well Dan |
dan i hope you have the best trip ever. your goals sound very doable and still allow you to have some fun. be careful, and take care. talk to you when you get back.

Dan: Have a great trip and I loved your goals. Especially #7 & 8. I hope you and your wife have a great time and get to totally relax. We'll be here struggling away while you are gone.
Chequita: Thanks!!! I am very happy about the loss also!!! Isn't your weigh in coming up soon? I give you two weeks until you are in 2ferland!!!! Have a great weekend and keep up the awesome work! I was over in points yesterday but I had mexican for lunch. Always a red light for me!! I did considerably well, although I ate too much. I'll know to do better next time.
