Welcome Donna! I have those tapes and enjoyed doing them. I have not done them in awhile but maybe your motivation will help me get them back out and dust them off.

Today I did my 30 minute Curves workout for a total of 4 this week. So far so good.

Congrats Debbie on the 4 pounds!! That is great!

Welcome Donna!! Please post on our regular thread too. We would love to have you.

I went for my session with the personal trainer at the Y. I learnt so much, especially how I was using some of the equipment wrong. She was impressed that I have such strong legs. She kept saying {for my age}....LOL. I have no upper body strenght though, I'm going to take that slow.

WTG Tina on your workouts @ Curves!!!

Worked out for 1 hour this morning~~~~

10 days down....86 to GO!!!

I did another Curves workout Friday for a total of 5 this week!! They are closed today so I walked 2 miles. Got my 3 miles in this week too.

Debbie I am the same way. My legs are very strong but my are arms are weak.

Welcome, Donna! Wow this thread is already on page 2! I can't believe it. You all are doing awesome! I'm the one that's behind now. I only got in 5.5 today, and I normally go at least 10 on Sundays. I lost my music at 4 miles and just couldn't go on much farther!!

I worked out at the Y for about an hour this afternoon. Scheduled it in between my appointments with Nursing Homes.

Didn't get to the Y today but if sitting on your butt for counts for anything, I got in 4 good hours this afternoon at the hospital...LOL. I do have plans to work out tomorrow afternoon though.

Worked half a day, then 3 hours at the hostipal. I went the Y this afternoon, I needed a stress-free zone. Worked out for an hour then 2 laps in the pool, then 10 minutes in the whirlpool and finally 10 minutes in the streamroom. It was so refreshing.

14 days down.....82 to GO!!!
