I am doing low-carb: Friday, Feb 13 BREAKFAST: 1 lg coffee/blk 2 low-carb blueberry waffles w/butter LUNCH: 2 string cheese 2 slices ham 1 coffee/blk DINNER: (this is not going to be pretty)! 2 kahlua & sodas 1/2 cheese bread 1 spinach salad w/mushrooms 1/2 serving of baked scrod green beans w/almond slivers 1 hot fudge sundae (it was small) 2 cups black coffee WATER: 8 glasses (64 oz) EXERCISE: none :queen: CJ :queen: |

I'm doing just a healthier choice of foods--Staying away from Fast Foods!!!
Wednesday Febuary 18th Breakfast: (not much of a breakfast eater) Coffee 1/2 cup Mid Lunch 11:00: (I have vowed no more fast food after this day!!) Arby's Ham and Cheese Sub Dinner 4:00: Spaghetti with meat 1 bowl Snack: 8:00 Cheese Quesadilla with sour cream and lettuce Water: 3 glasses (24 oz) Exercise: Walk away the Pounds (made it to 3 miles!!
