Jaded Ladies 3rd weekly challenge: Nov. 17th
The holidays are just around the corner.. and we've been doing pretty good with keeping up our challenges. But, since the holidays are almost here, and it does get harder for us,, I thought that we should focus on doing only ONE thing. Some of us have listed a few things for a challenge and as easy as that sounds, it can be difficult with all the distractions going on. And also.... let's try to aim for a few days out of the week rather than doing something "everyday"
So...think of one thing that you can do for this week... and we'll try to continue doing that until the New Year. And if we decide we need to fine tune our challenge and add more we'll do it....but for now....One thing is all we should try to concentrate on. Also, don't ever think that what you want to do sounds silly or embarrassing because, if it's something you need to work on,,, then why not! Nothing is limited here. So....here is a start to week three ladies. |
My week will be to limit my portions.... meaning NO SECOND helpings...no matter how tempting it may be. 4 out of 7 days!!
