    Shelley you need to pick up the pace a bit if you are going to make your goal. I know that you can do it. Notice I didn't set a goal? As long as I make 100 I am happy. If I put a higher goal and don't make it I think that I haven't done well.

    Sherry take a few more days off. We want you better before you start out again.
  • Shelley remember you added up your mileage awhile back? I told you that I would do mine to.....well I finally did. My total for this year is 1741.5. Now that I see that I have to make 2000 befor the year is up. That is my goal.
  • Wpw. Dee!! Outstanding! BTW, I know I will make my 100 mile goal. On the WW board, I have a 25 mile per week challenge. I always try to get at least that much. I figure by Monday I'll have about 95 in and the end of the month isn't until Friday, so I should be able to make it. Thanks for the push, though!!!

    I won't be running tomorrow. We are having a fall festival at school, so I will be there until about 9PM.

    I will be going out today, the mileage was for yesterday and if I don't mark it I will forget.
  • I tried to go out in the dark this morning before a Bar Mitzvah that I had to attend, but I came back after 1.5 miles. I'll wait until tomorrow to get in my 8.
