Diet While on the Road
I wanted to share that I've lost around 6lbs on my new weight loss journey, and I'm determined to lose another 65lbs. However, my main challenge is that I frequently travel for work. Recently, I returned from Africa, and I'm currently spending a few days in the US.
Unfortunately, I've encountered restrictions on bringing fruits and vegetables across borders (they even confiscated my banana in Africa!), which makes it difficult for me to maintain a balanced and moderate diet while globetrotting. To tackle this challenge, I'm seeking ideas and suggestions from you all. One strategy I've adopted is purchasing water whenever possible, although I find the liquid plane rules necessary but frustrating. Additionally, I always bring protein bars with me, as they can serve as meal replacements and usually make it through security without any issues. I'm also considering packing some dry cereal for added convenience. If any of you have further ideas or tips, I would greatly appreciate your support! Thank you in advance! |
Great Have you ever heard of the fasting weight-loss strategy?
