Well, here it is for today.
Breakfast - 2 Wasa lite crackers, 1 T. liverwurst, a small orange.
Lunch - Pea Soup, 1 fibre bread, tomatoes, 1 slice ff. cheese.
Dinner - 1/2 cup Rissotto, grilled turkey cutlet, Mushrooms, Asparagus, Snow Peas (a bit of each).
Dessert - fruit salad
Snacks - Orange Pop (not diet), Flax Plus cereal with a splash of milk and a sprinkle of sugar (about 1/2 tsp)
Point Range - 20 - 25 pts. Total points for today 24 pts.
