Smile Would you do these easy workouts? Help guys?

Hey, I'm a newbie here . Really looking forward to sharing with you guys but also want your tips and feedback about stuff I've seen and read for me and my BF Julie. I wanna see what you think of these 3 YT exercises J & me have been doing. I think I'm setting up a poll but I'm not too hot on the settings for this yet
