Hello. Am new to this today. Hotelier all my life and need to lose weight and be slim again. Is there anyone else out there that lives in a Pub and eats pub food every day! We live on site and temptations every day ! I was wondering if there is a support forum for people like me or anyone that is in a similar business ie hospitality industry Thankyou

Hello lfamily! I don't live at the lodge where I work 6 months a year but I have access to at least 2 meals a day there and you are right, it is such a temptation! Someone else prepares the savory; I am responsible for the sweets!

I have often wondered why there hasn't been a specific forum here for restaurant or pastry people :cool:
