My weigh-in for today is horrible. It shows I am up 8.5 lbs. Can that be right? I know I didn't eat that much food while I was gone. Plus I was busy working so I didn't exercise as much. This is crazy. Maybe my scale is off. Ugh! What a shocker!

Tomorrow is your first show with Steel! Hope you do well.

Did you move your scale? Maybe it needs to be recalculated.

I stayed the same

Going to be a nice day for a show.

Enjoy your Sunday!

What a beautiful day. Went to church, did some grocery shopping, and picked up a few items for the house from Lowes. Afterwards took a small walk with the dog. Our kitchen is painted now. Next is the living room and hallway. Expect that will be done this week.

How did your horse show turn out?

Wow, six hours of walking. That is sure to burn some calories!

I hope you were able to work on your fence today. I think tomorrow there is a good chance of rain everywhere. Today the weather was lovely out here.

I made an effort to try real hard today with my eating. I avoided the saltwater taffy in my office, and avoided going to the cafeteria to eat. I also tested my weight at work and it stated that my weight is 5 lbs lighter than my scale at home. Then if I subtract a couple of lbs for clothing, then that should put me closer to the weight I had a week ago. So I truly believe my scale at home is off, so I will check on how to re-calibrate it.

Enjoy your Tuesday!

We're almost done with the raised beds. Just need to finish putting up the fence. It looks great and will be so much easier on my back.

I raked the stones out of the grass and back into the driveway. The stones get in the grass when they plow snow and they'll probably start mowing grass next week.

Lots to do right now.....

I took my dog today to a nearby town today for their town celebrations. We did the animal shelter organized walk, and then entered the dog show. We won best trick, and then best dog in show overall. It was fun. He got an doggie ice cream afterwards, and then he got to swim in the river. He loved it. Especially since I have been gone all week, and he didn't really get any exercise. He was so happy today.

No weight loss for me this week. Yes, I know I have to work harder on it.

Hope you have a good Sunday!

You and Jack did great! Did you get an award or ribbon for your wins?

Still waiting to finish the garden. It rained here yesterday so the topsoil was too wet to fill the last raised bed. Hopefully we'll finish this week.

I had a luncheon meeting today. I shouldn't have ordered the sweet potato fries, but I did.

No change with me either

I think you will be able to finish your gardens this week with the heatwave that is headed this way. Now they are talking about 90 degree weather!

Have a nice Tuesday!

Saw cake in the cafeteria today. My mind said just go take a peak. It won't hurt. My legs took me the other way far from the cake and right to the cashier to check out.

Was thinking about getting a candy bar today, right as I was leaving work. My mind was thinking about it saying it will be a nice treat on the ride home, but my body kept walking right by the store. I am glad I didn't get it.

Two down, infinity to go....

Hope you had a good Tuesday!

The weather was beautiful today. We're going to finish building the fence around the new garden tomorrow and put in a watering system. Lots of outside projects to do.

When do you get your kidney stone removed?

Have a great Wednesday!

I am scheduled to have the shock wave treatment - Lithotripsy towards the end of this month. I am not looking forward to it, but appreciate the need to have it done.

Did you get your fence and watering system put in for the garden? It was really hot today, so hopefully you were able to complete it the morning.

Do you have any more horse shows this month?

Have a good Thursday!

Wow, what a hot day today. Got one last bag to shred of papers. Hope to get it done this weekend. May head off to do some kayaking if I can squeeze it in for an hour. My dog will love it. Need to start going thru the clothes now.

How is your garden coming along?

Hope you have a good Friday.
