You can do it!!

Stick with it, and those pounds will melt away. I thought about getting some Frito Corn chips with my sandwich today, but decided against it. I figured I would be full after eating the sandwich and I was. A lot of times I eat just to eat, which I need to stop doing. Just like while I am typing now, a little voice is telling me, I think you are hungry and need some food. I am ignoring it for now and telling it to wait until tomorrow. Plus my pantry and refrigerator are kind of bare, which helps out on this effort too. Water is always good to drink and especially on a hot day. It was still hot here today, but suppose to get cooler tonight. A little cooler would be nicer.
Tomorrow I am suppose to meet up with an old friend for lunch. This will be a good test for me to make sure that I stick to my diet and eat something healthy, and an appropriate portion size too. I can do this! I want to be thin and trim, so that is what I must think, thin and trim food.
