I put in new wax cubes in my diffusers and am not sure whether I like them or not. I did notice the wax loses it scent before it all melts away and you just have to toss it out. At least this way I can have fragrance without Jack griping about the spray hitting him in the face.

I am going to try and finish the downstairs cleaning today. I haven't accomplished much so far, but it is early yet. I have a small load of laundry in the dryer and will unload the dishwasher when I am done here. I think I will do the dusting first as I hate to do it.
I got the pretty blouse last night. It is different shades of greens, blues and purples. It is nice and long and buttons down the front with pintucks up above the breasts. I bought another just like it in rusts and browns so I hope I like the colors just as much. You can't dry them in the dryer but shaking them out and hanging them up and the wrinkles come right out. I should get the capris I bought for them on Thursday. I just hope they all fit.
Susan: Basically what I was told is it wouldn't, "stick" to have it done when I weighed too much. They said I had to get down to under 200 lbs and close to goal weight to have it done. I agree with you that they shouldn't have let people back in the pool. The shock stuff alone can cause irritation let alone needs time to work.
Jean: We had had weird weather again this year all over the country. I am hoping it isn't monstrously hot in Sept during the cruise. Our very first cruise it was near 100 in the Caribbean everyday. I had just had my hair color and I sweated so much the color ran onto my shirts.
Since I couldn't treat and wash them right away some of them never did get the pink out. I am not sure I would want that kind of tax bill. We went three rounds with condo management about the hazard insurance and finally got that taken care of. The credit union did send us a letter that we got yesterday stating they needed confirmation every year about the insurance so from now on we will just contact the insurer directly and have them fax the new policy info. Something we shouldn't have to do, but then if we don't the idiot won't send it.Everyone have a good day today.

One just can't second guess the weather any more.
I need to make a grocery list and go first thing tomorrow. With the holiday weekend our grocery stores will be super busy on Friday. We have been seriously looking at a Ford Explorer. Bob doesn't want black interior and the one we like is a combination of light and dark, they don't call it black though. The one here in town has two sunroofs which I don't give a hoot about, and a towing package which we don't need. It doesn't have the blind spot approach nor crossing the line warning which I like. We have a Buick Enclave now and like it, except it has a clunky noise when crossing street "bumps" and our previous one did also. They replaced struts on both and now the mechanic claims he can't hear any noise on this one. It's really bad in the winter when the vehicle is cold. I don't drive far enough to warm it up which doesn't make any difference anyhow. We've talked about going back to a car but I like sitting up higher and the weight for traveling the interstate.
I canceled the last shirt as it won't ship until at least July. I have plenty already.
Anyway, have fun and hope you enjoy the game! So glad all of the new clothes will work for you. We are still waiting to hear if the sales gal can get the car she found online for us and from the cabin buyers' bank. Talk about slow motion business. Bob did find out we can't keep our license plate which was the flag and 59 OUT. Even though we paid the ridiculous price it belongs to the leasing company. Iowa has changed their numbers to black so we were due for a new one this year anyway. I liked it because I could remember it. People would ask the significance but it was just luck of the draw.
I do bruise easily for some reason. Hope your hand is better.
I've done a couple loads of laundry this morning then we went to church for lunch. I felt bad for the crafters, venders, and kids putting on the event. There were maybe a dozen die hard church members there to eat lunch and I didn't see anyone "shopping". I felt kind of weird looking at things and being the only one doing so. There just wasn't anything I needed or wanted. We came home, changed clothes, and headed off to the anniversary party. It was in full swing with sandwiches, salads, and cookies instead of cake. Neither one of us was hungry but ate a little salad, a cookie, and punch. Now we are home again and debating about going to the movie. Maybe we will save that for tomorrow afternoon.
No thanks! Bob thinks it is just over the MN border because they got hail in our last storm that blew through here. So we keep looking. Our high school football team has had a losing streak for 25+ years. They hired a new coach last year and this year they took second place in the state play offs. The soccer team has done well and is at state now. It's not fun to go to games and continually lose; I always felt bad for the kids. Iowa is supposedly cracking down on home schooling. Two girls, both foster children, adopted, and home schooled, were abused and died of starvation as punishment. I thought school districts kept close accountability on home schoolers but guess not. The DHS is in hot water because both families were turned in for abuse but nothing was done. So sad!
