Hi everyone..didnt get as much done today as planned.. the dh woke up with an allergic rash all over and itching like crazy..off to the dr again.. new meds..speacial soap and cream..and the dr has scheduled an xray of his head.. the one they put dye in and take pictures..has to be done in anchorage but since he is still having headaches they want to rule out any problems..scarry..im just overwhelmed right now..anyway i know we will get thru this too..i was so upset i wanted to eat eat eat..but didnt..small baby steps and was pleased that i could resist the urge to binge..what i really wanted to eat was a whole cheese cake and a pot of coffee...i had brocolli instead..dana..hope you are feeling better soon..so sorry you are hurting ..summer hope jims better..glen the convention sounds fun..kris glad to here from you..donna..am so sorry about your cousin..hope alls quiet at your house..sheree hello to you too..well its been along day..becuz of the snow i was to chicken to walk on the deck but did exercise some in the house.. i have a tape for seniors very low impact but i need to get in the habit of exercising every day so did some of that..i need to learn that no matter whats going on i have to take care of me..im sad..will talk tomorrow..roseythanks for letting me vent..my emotions are on a roller coaster right now but am greatful for all of you..wont it be great when i dont have any medical stuff to worry about or vent about..

Hi everyone..its snowing again..i guess winters here..am feeling some better..i know we will be fine..like i said my emotions are like roller coaster..and in the past i would eat myself into oblivion..but cant do that any more..we were both up late and finally made us some sfree hot chcolate..seemed to do the trick as we both finally slept..so where is everyone today..hope all is well with you guys..dana are you feeling any better??summer how is jim doing..i was told since my surgury my sugars would be higher as the gallbladder is gone and seems they are right..but staying below 150.usually around 138..the dr says thats fine for now..im learning new all over again too..glen..i apploogize as i promised to find you matches..just too many interuptions ..donna,,how is elana doing ..are you going to home school??kris what classes are you taking??ill bet you miss your dh..sheree..hows it going for you..i never followed atkins only ww..well today i am really going to work on cards we did get some good news which caused me to cry as i was so nervous and upset about it..his disability has been approved by the ins company after all their investigations so we will have an in come..im so releaved as we got his last pay from his job awhile ago..wheeeeeee one less thing to worry about..prayers do get answered..im very greatful and releaved..also for all of you..rosey

Hello Everyone..Its been one of those days..Jim has been home he did not work Monday ( rash ) and today was a holiday.....he was off....Veterans Day..and he had a Dr.s appointment too..The lady next door is having her kitchen remodeled and they had the water off in the building to hook up a ice maker and now it will be off again first thing in the am to finish the job cause something went wrong.. Who knows..so I will be backed up in things around here ..oh well..Then theres the prob with ants..I dont know where they are coming from but they are here in the kitchen.....not alot but enough........unreal..
Jims sugar is still to high and they changed his meds again.. This is diffenetly the last time..if it does not work it will be a shot for him..I am praying that will not happen...The good news is the rash is gone and the Dr still does not know why he got it or how..Scarey..right...I am really tired between Drs and the web site thing....and the ants.... I am trying to get the web site it off the ground and finding out so much stuff..that I didnt know about it..Long story..but it seems it costs to put it on Google and other search engines.. I thought that was included in the price of the host ( Yahoo ) but it seems not..Never ending..anyway..I have alot to learn and then its getting music on there..Lets just say its a big deal.. to someone thats computer stupid....and thats Dummy me.....I am glad that all of you liked the web site..I appreciate all of your oppinions about it.. I am so sorry for not being here sooner..its just alot going on around here....Its been pretty good weather not real cold but not in the 80's in the high 60's and sometimes 70..The weatherman said it will drop next week to the 50's..but as long as we DONT see that White-stuff.. I sure hope you dont think it came over the pooter lines from my house to yours ..These guys getting rashes.. Hi everyone..just a quick post ..we had a bizzard last night and it looks alot like xmas outside..we got about9 inches of snow and its still snowing but soft little flakes now..its so pretty but i hate it too..harder to get around.. and since neither of us can shovel ..we have good neighbors tho with strong teenage boys..still dont know when the test for dh will be..talked to the lady who ordered the cards from me she was real understanding..and has placed another order..also discovered a new store in our area..she takes things on consighnment and is interested.. soooooooo i ve got lots to do..blessed the house this am..got the dh to help..after all retiement doesnt mean he gets to do what he wants and me all the "kp" duty and ya know what he helped..anyways hello to all.. im doing fine and so is the eating..it helps to clear out all the stuff im not to have and the dh is eating like im suppose to so its easier for me..wonder how much ive lost??have to go back to the hosp and weigh on their scale sometime this week..then i can adjust my scale accordinly as mines not accurate.. any ways im rambling will check in on you all later rosey

Hi there everyone I am doing fine just packing for Cali like mad at this point. DH keeps changing the day we leave. I was told this AM that we leave Friday morning now.
I just had to play with the smilies too. I have my old stamps out and have new ink pads finally. I am going to make some cards in a few after I post. I want to know where to get a puncher that allows you to place a card into the corners of it. I have a card that we punched the corners of and then another card slips into the corners.
I am fighting a mirgain all day and that really sucks at this point for me. DH just bought a new truck so I am happy for him. It is a 2003 Ford with all the extras. He has cruise, air, am fm/cassett/cd, power lock and windows and key less entry. It is a blue and I get to se it in a bit.

Well, I lost 3 pounds! I have lost 24 pounds so far and have at least 7 more to go! My aunt's biopsy came back normal! So that was good too. Our household is still not quiet but it's happening so much now I am becoming immuned to it!

Hello Everyone..Whewww what a day.. I had alot of errands and meetings.. We are doing the Thansgiving Baskets to the needy again this year..so we all are meeting to decided if we should do it any differently..I dont think so..if it aint broke..dont fix it..is my thoughts..but others have to talk about it sooooo I will be a good girl ..Its cold and really windy today and cold..Burrrrr I think Old Man Winter is here.. Morning everyone...its a sunny cold brrrrrrrrr day here -5 outside..im bundled up in sweats flannels and a sweater..hope you are all fine..the dh tests is sheduled for monday..his brother is taking him..will be glad to get some answers..i braved the scale this morning..not sure how mine compares with the hosp's..but my dd says mine is pretty accurate for her.. well big drum roll here..i have lost 26#'s since the day of my surgury..i knew i had lost but not that much..and donot recomend loosing that way..but am pleased and excited..also a lady whom i used to babysit for wants to go to ww's with me so now i have a method of getting to the meetings..as soon as my dr oks it..so 2 good things happened to me today..will check in on you guys later today..the guys are looking for you ..rosey
