Hello Everyone!!! It has been a while since I've been active on this forum, but I have a favour to ask. I am doing a course in nutrition, and one thing I would like to help people with is weight loss.

I have created a survey for my research about what people struggle with, and why they can't lose weight. It's 10 questions, mostly multiple choice, true/false, and a few short answer. It shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes and I'd really appreciate your time. It's anonymous, and only for my personal use.
