Thanks everyone for the compliments. What you have to realize is that I have put on about 20 pounds since those pics were taken. That is why I am so upset with myself. I must not be very upset though, I just ate a donut!!!!!!
I HAVE to get a grip on myself and turn this back around. I've been reading a lot about the South Beach Diet and think I may start it. There is a thread under the Low Carb heading about it if you would like to read about it. It has been in every magazine I've picked up this week.

Carol-Are you drinking lots of water? Maybe you need to give your metabolism a little boost by eating a bit more. I don't remember if you are following a certain plan, or just counting calories. Make sure you are eating enough fat, if you are only counting calories. Sometimes just a bit more will help. Also, if you are only eating proteins, add a carb or two, and visa versa if you are eating mainly carbs. Can you post a menu? Maybe we can help. I haven't checked back on the challenge board lately to see if you have been posting menus.

I don't know if you saw this on the news, But they are putting our driver license info on the internet!! All you have to have is the person's name & where they live to steal info!!! This is scary!

Everytime I look at your picture, I get jealous! I think you are so attractive and slim looking. I love that smile of yours!!!!!

I just found out that singer Carnie Wilson posed for Playboy! She underwent gastric bypass surgery in 1999. She went from a size 28 to a size 6!!! She stated that she's probably the only woman that has posed in BBW (Big Beautiful Women) and Playboy within 5 years! :yikes:
