    Cheryl-Timing doesn't really matter. It takes me an hour to RUN 5 miles!! I'm a turtle in disquise!!

    Nothing for me on Tuesday--was shopping with Becky after work so that she could find some working clothes.

  • Walked last night, but not sure how far. Also did resistance training with bands for biceps and triceps.
