  • Only walked about 3/4 of a mile. My ankles were hurting.

    Shelley-thanks!! Takes me 1:20 (forever, I know), but I'm working on trying to walk faster. When I can do it in under 1:00, or when I can walk 6 miles w/o feeling shot (haven't tried yet), I'm gonna try jogging again.

    I walked a mile last night!!!! I know that isn't much, but for me, it is a major accomplishment!!!!!
  • Ramona I was wondering what you were doing over here. I thought that you posted on the wrong thread by accident. Way to go with the walking a mile is better than none.
