Hey chickadees! I'm gonna check in one last time before the long weekend. The scale hasnt really been moving but the inches are so I have stopped counting calories and am just eating within reason. I wanna see how this goes. I think I may have been eating two few calories for the amount of exercise I was doing so I wanna test out 2 weeks of not counting and see what happens. On a super positive note, my friend and I went shopping at Old Navy and I bought a pair of size 10 shorts! Not my stretched out size 10's but a brand new pair, which means I am now the same size that I was when weighed 170, except I am 188! This is so crazy. But I am so happy.
We have a lot planned this weekend so I will catch up with you girls on Tuesday. Hope everyone is doing well.
