A hot streak is a number that represents how many days
in a row you can stay on track with something (you decide what you're streaking for yourself - water, food, exercise, staying on plan, staying binge-free, etc.).
Each day you can check in to let everyone know if you have stayed on your hot streak and then add to your number that you posted the day before, or if you broke your streak and are starting over! The goal is to try to TOP YOUR OWN HOT STREAK RECORD!
You can also have multiple hot streaks (one for each focus area).
So for example, a person could post his/her hot streaks like this:
Goal: Current Streak/Longest Streak
Water: 4/14
Stayed under 1600 Calories: 5/10
Reached over 6,000 steps: 3/12
