Hi Floozies,
Well I'm back on track after another decadent camping trip...today's menu:

B--sausage and two fried eggs

L--ham, grated cheese, hard boiled egg, lettuce and ranch dressing

snack--Atkins bar

dinner--Salmon, salad

dessert---diet jello and whipped cream

Monday's Menu:

Breakfast: sausage, egg, and cheese casserole(if anyone wants this recipie, it is very easy, yummy, and handy for a quick breakfast or even supper!)

Lunch: Creamy chicken breast

Dinner: Meatloaf, olives

127 lbs. Actually, it was on Mother's Day last year that I officially got to my WW goal of 125!! Mother's Day must be a lucky day for me. Now I just need to keep it off. Actually, I would still like to get down to 125.

That's better than gaining I guess! Trying not to get discouraged! I still have lost 14 pounds!! It is just coming off too slow for me.

Breakfast...1 boiled egg w/ bacon

Lunch....Wendy's BLT salad

Dinner....Rib eye steak, 1/2 cup broccoli w/cheese

I am here feeling a bit down. I weight my self and I am 1.5 pounds up. In total since our challenge I have lost 7.5 pounds. I know that my food choices easter have been good one day and to much the next. I also am lifting weights at the gym and I see muscles where I have never had before. I even have rounded cheeks, I have never had a bum before unless I was lifting weights. Now that I weighted myself, I have faced the music and will make better food choices.

You girls inspire me and you are doing wonderful. Keep it up. We can all be losers together.

DEE!!!! Of course your weight is up....you're lifting weights and building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. You go girl, and keep lifting!!!!! Don't worry about the number on the scale.
OH HOW I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ROUNDED CHEEKS!!!!!!

For you ladies on Atkins, here is my sausage casserole. It is great to have it made up and pop in the microwave for a quick breakfast.

1 pound bulk sausage
1/2 medium onion
4 strips bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
Brown sausage and onion in skillet until done

In a mixing bowl whip together.....
3 eggs
1/2 cup real mayonaise
1/2 cup half and half
8 ounces grated cheese of your choice
season to taste(I use garlic salt and pepper)

Line a deep pie pan with sausage mixture to form a "crust".
Pour remaining ingredients on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
I double this recipie and put it in a baking dish instead of a pie pan. You can also substitue ham or hamburger for the sausage.

Dee- Don't worry about the weight. I know when I was lifting weights, I never lost a lb. It was very frustrating, but my shape had changed. I can't seem to start back with weights because I am so aware of the number on the scale. I know it would be better for me to add it to my running, but I just don't want to face the numbers!! Throw your scale in one of your closets!! Don't be as obsessed with a number as I am at my old age!!

Even though I reached my goal, I am up 2 lbs. this morning:129. But I'm not letting it bother me because I have decided to eat more on the weekends, and I did have too much at dinner last night, plus TOM is coming!!

Sunday May 18th:

I stayed the same at 174. I didn't gain or lose. So I'm still at 17 lbs. loss since March 17th.

Well, I'm up 4 lbs. and it's no surprise. I journalled faithfully, so I can see exactly where I went wrong. I went way, way over points on three of the seven days, plus only exercised two of seven days.

I'm pretty angry with myself, which is a good reaction. Usually, I would fall into a "this is so unfair why should I have to watch every bite blah blah blah" mode. But now I'm just mad. I KNOW what I have to do, I just have to DO it!

I've restated my birthday goal, as there is no way that I could lose 15 lbs. in 2 1/2 weeks. My 10% is 210, and I will be there on July 4th.

Jennelle the great thing about dieting is that you have a clean slate today. Start fresh. Don't give up, just move on. You have been doing well just a little slip and being faithful to your journal really helps.

Well, ladies....guess we're gonna have to come up with a new challenge! Maybe a 4th of July Challenge? (One of these days, we're going to have to do a Challenge based on a Canadian holiday!)

Anyhow...I am down five pounds this week! I have no idea what happened...I did exercise hard five out of seven days, and I ended the week with about 6 banked points (and I don't bank my activity points, so they were "legit")....anyhow, I'm happy but I hope it's not some strange water imbalance that will cause me to gain half of it back next week!

I weigh on Sundays but since I went camping, I weighed when I got home.

I was down 2 lbs!!!!! :cp: :cb:

March 17th: 191
Today: May 26th: 172

Total Loss: 19lbs!!!!!!!
