I really messed up my goal in Jan. & Feb., with sickness, snow & a bad back, I didn't stay with my plan.
Well it's a new month and I'm back full force!! ;) March Goal: *To Walk 30 miles this month *To work-out at Curves 30 minutes 3 times per week! Sherry (Sher-Bear) |

Plan on going out today after taking Patty to school for a strings trip at 8:00, and Becky to ballet at 9:30. It will be pretty warm by then, but I will try for at least 5 or 6 miles.
Dee-You did great last month!! I too believe that exercise is a great stress reliever!! |
Shelley I only wish that it would be to hot here this morning. We have had below temps this winter. It is cold and blowing here. I don't want to set your goal now. I will see how you are doing the first few weeks and then see what I think is doable. I don't want to discourage you. I was thinking at least 10 miles more than last month since you have spring break and there is 4 more days in march. What do you think? We will leave it at 100 for now.

Walked probably 2-3 miles all over the Vanderbilt campus (took son on his very first college tour today!) and then in downtown Nashville looking for the NASCAR Cafe to buy something for a friend's dad. (I found out it closed down about six months ago. :cry: )
Sherry and Debbie....I feel almost guilty that I was in your neck of the woods and didn't try to meet up with you! I had son with me, though, and when I come to visit we need to make it a WILD WOMEN'S NIGHT! :lol: :lol: |
