:dizzy:ive noticed there are alot of newbies today im one of them thought it would be fun to have a spot were we could all come in daily to say hello find a buddy or just vent

hope everyone is doing well i took along walk this morning about a mile i was really proud of my self its just so hot i guess i'll have to do things in the house until it gets cooler living in ga in the summer is **** lol
any way ive done great eating today eggs ham and coffee im usaly into everything lol but im going to lose it this time my small goal is 10 pound in 3 weeks i think i can do it
it off to work soon just got threw with house work now its time to rest some before work so how is everyone today:dizzy:
