Hi All,
First time here, (hope Im doing this right). I am 49 yrs young and up in weight, time to get motivated again and get with the program.
I was wondering if anyone knows about Apple Cidar vinagar pills, and what they do and if it works, I need Help.:mad:

As far as the Apple Cider Vinagar pills I have heard of them, but have never tried it. They say that apple cider is good for you though. Try going on the threads for rating these diets and see what that brings up for you.
