Lo Carb Challenge week of 1/13

    Well I am into another challenge to keep me motivated!

    I am shooting for 4-5 w/o's at the gym.
    Eating OP
    and maintaining my water intake!

    ANyone else into joining teh challenge.
    It's open to anyone!
  • Well I had a good workout yesterday.
    OP food wise and did OK w/ water.

    I skippped the gym today as I didn't sleep last night. KNow that's not a good excuse but it is also -18 degrees out.
  • Struggled a little yesterday, Of course I didnt workout.
    No cheating but could have made better food choices.
    Heading to the gym today!
