  • May long weekend is the start of summer here (well, at least on the calendar) and I think a good time for a challenge.

    Set your own goal and post your progress!

    Time: Victoria Day = May 23 (or your closest weigh in day)
    Goal: Your choice ( x-amount lbs/kg, smaller pants size, 5k run?)
    Progress: post updates at least once a week?

    Time: May 22 (weigh in on Victoria Day weekend)
    Goal: 199lbs - onederland, baby!!!
  • Time: Victoria Day -
    Goal: Smaller pants from the giant array of jeans I own that no longer fit.
  • Victoria day is 7 and a bit weeks from now....

    Goal: Be 7 pounds lighter

    (I checked on that 10k run... it was cancelled!!! )

  • I'd also like to step up to lose 5 lbs by then. Hoping for more, but 5 lbs is do-able I think!!

    April 2 - 122.8 kg = 270.73 lbs

    April 15 - 121.1 kg = 267.20 lbs

    April 30 - 119.3 kg = 263.0 lbs - Goal reached April 30/11

  • Hello all! I'm up for this!

    Time: May 18 (day when I fly to Illinois to see family and my niece's HS graduation.)

    Goal: 194lbs (10lb loss) AND fit (comfortably with NO muffin top!) in my sz 18 pair of shorts!

    I am kind of dreading Sunday (weigh in) since I peeked a few times during the week and it doesn't look good.
    My mom sent us some easter candy and I think I am pretty good about it and account for what I eat. But it isn't exactly what I am supposed to eat.
    Well, we will see!
