FINALLY it has stopped raining! We are still having strong winds, but the rain and the water is subsiding. Going back to work tomorrow. Probably have been eating more than I should, not used to being off for 3 days and with nothing to do and no place to go.

Got 16 Miles in today at the state fair. Holy crap are the new grounds big! Each building is probably half a mile apart with tons of food vendors in between! It was a mile and a half just to the horse arena! And each show we attended was on opposite sides of the grounds! Thank goodness for pedometers! But I probably ate way too many calories. On the bright side.. I only weighed in at .8 oz more just now than when i left at 8am.

So 54/100 day 12.

Completely exhausted and off to bed.

Dang Keller, you just passed me. I'm at 52/100 but I'm not done for the day. Got in a run earlier. I want to walk the dogs and maybe go for a bike ride. I would like to get to 60 today.

Cajun-glad it stopped raining. My sister said they got almost 10 inches yesterday and was supposed to rain again today in Alabama.

The state fair was huge! Lol otherwise i'd still be in the 40's. Got in a quick 6 mile bike ride this morning. so im at 60/100. Day 13 Heading out for a swim. I really thought I was gonna be lazy and not make it but i've impressed myself! I try to stay to a bike though cause its not over exhausting like hopping on the treadmill for a jog is.

Hcg levels were checked and steadily rising today. Can't get an ultrasound for two and a half more weeks though. such a anxious waiting period. But he said if Hcg levels are good, thats a really good indicator of a healthy pregnancy! I think i'm more worried about a possibility of more than one, but hopefully not!

And I hit 249.6 this morning! Haven't seen that in over a month! Don't expect it to stay long as i'm retaining water and bloating but it made me happy =]

P.S. Where is everyone?!?!?!?!?!

Hello Ladies! We are having such cool weather! So nice to go walking in 68 instead of 85 at 4:30 am! My eating is good, of course we are going on vacation Sunday, going to Gulf Shores, but we do enjoy going for morning walks so hopefully that will help keep the weight in check. Praying for our Texas neighbors who are suffering from fires.

OK seriously, where is everyone?

I am at 60/10 now. Gotta get up and get moving today. I have a 5k in 9 days. Its a fun run/walk for the humane society. Gonna walk a shelter dog. The scale still isn't moving, gets discouraging but I'm not gonna give up. Hope everyone is doing good

got in 3 yesterday and 5 biking today so 68/100 day 15. wow!

Ive been soo tired lately, it sucks!

I don't know what kind of music you ladies listen to but I went to the Keri Hilson, Lloyd, Rick Ross and Lil Wayne concert yesterday! It was amazing!

Wow Keller, you are doing great. I've been 72 miles with 10 days to go. Maybe I can get in a few miles tomorrow, then plan on a long bike ride Monday. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

I found out yesterday, I'm now minus 100 pounds. It's taken me a while, but just thinking about 100 pounds more used to be on me, is odd.

44.8 pounds lost since April 5, 2011 (280 pounds) - Date I Joined Gym for the first time ever.
22.3 pounds lost since July 27, 2011 (257.5 pounds) - Date I started a new healthy eating diet/plan
September 10, 2011: (235 pounds)

Keller I didn't get any in yesterday but I went for an 8 mile bike ride and I wanna try to get in a two mile walk later. Relax today if u aren't feeling the best.

Aishah-congrats-thats amazing!!!!!! U should post some before and after pics.

My eating has been a lot better. I was up to 192 for a while. I'm down to 190 now. I have to get back to ticker weight. I'll make it. I have 2 months til vacation so I have to keep working hard.

Me and a friend went down a huge sand hill and climbed back up the other day. That was a great workout, I wasn't sure I would make it about halfway up but I pushed myself and made it. I wanna do it again soon.

burgundyrayne you'll make it! You're already back down. Your ticker weight is only 5 pounds lower. You'll make that plus some in no time!

Eek, sandhill. That's a good workout. Walking in sand is tough, not a favorite past time. lol.

I was looking through some old photos and found some old ones and I took a couple newer photos lately. So spliced them together for a quick timeline. lol, I've noticed that I'm squinting because of the sun in all of these.

I didn't do anything yesterday and I attempted 6 more today. I walked one and biked three but was dying of heat cause the gym was sooo hot! So i left =/

74/100 Day 19. 26 more in 11 Days. Seems pretty easy, til I take myself to the gym walk a mile and am tired lol I'm gonna do it though! I did some weights early today as well, mainly arms but some legs as well. I'm in pain! I don't think i've honestly worked muscles in a few weeks. Been focusing on cardio. But it felt soo good I think i'm gonna focus on toning for the next 7 months more so!

Aishah- Wow! What a difference! You look good! Keep going! You'll make your goal before you know it! Awesome style too! Oh, and your pictures weren't blurry?!

Buygandy- Awesome! 8 miles is impressive. I wish I had energy for that today! Where are you going on vacation to?
