I am new here and am looking for some people who want to support each other in our weight loss goals. I am going to do it without a fitness center right now, due to being laid off, but walking will be a good start anyway.
I currently weigh 249 and would like to lose 75lbs. I think it is a good idea to have a central check in, and a place where we can chat, and let each other know how we are doing.
