Sharing the battle

  • Hiya,
    I am new here and am looking for some people who want to support each other in our weight loss goals. I am going to do it without a fitness center right now, due to being laid off, but walking will be a good start anyway.
    I currently weigh 249 and would like to lose 75lbs. I think it is a good idea to have a central check in, and a place where we can chat, and let each other know how we are doing.

  • Hi Lucid...it is easier for you to join a thread rather than starting a new one..have you browsed the board to read any? i post on a few..ten pounds at a time # 164 is a good one..we aim to lose weight in 10lbs increments..if you would like to join us or any other thread you will be made very welcome
