  • Hey Hey Hey-Glad you could join me!
    Hi Bernice so glad you joined me. I was getting kinda lonely all by my lonesome. Glad for the company! The bikeriding is a great form of exercise I feel. Don't feel that you will be boring, no matter what you do as long as we keep on moving. I usually have been either going to the gym or using my treadmill and weights downstairs. I will try to start walking once the weather gets a bit better. Or maybe even get out my Tao Bo tapes and start with them. Got them but have not done too much of it, just learning so far. Today I went to the gym before I went to work. Had a great workout for about 1 1/2 hour so am kinda sore now cause of the weights I did. But hey like they say "No pain means no gain" or loss in our case. LOL

    Well I may get boring but I'm exercising Got 25 minutes on my bike today. I didn't really feel like it but decided I just needed to get started.

    I love that lady jumproping CJ, you are too funny.

    Anyways I am getting back on track and even went to the gym today for about an hour and a half and did have a great workout.

    The treadmill, free weights and all the other machines they had there. I feel really good now as usual when I leave the gym. This will really help keep me on track.

    Bernice-Good job on the bike ride. I know you are glad now that you decided to take that ride. You are on your way!

    CJ-Now you better jumprope for real next time. LOL

  • I did exercise today!
    Well, Missy Sharon - I actually did get some exercise in today. I went for a walk for 45-60 minutes! It was so beautiful out I just had to do something.

    I went for a nice long walk today ... 2.4 miles to be exact! Not a good day for my alergies tho .... you can tell spring is springing!

    Hey CJ,
    I am here. I know you miss me so much. LOL

    Anyways I have been doing great in the exercise dept. I went to the gym several times this week and on Friday I went to a local park with something called a People Trail, one of the many long and winding trails we have here in Columbus. I must have walked over an hour or so and enjoyed the the beautiful scenery while I walked. The birds in the trees, the leaves beneath my feet and just being out walking on such a gorgous day.

    Golly CJ you are just walking your little butt off arn't you? We should do really good when we weigh in shouldn't we? I know we will!

    So where is everyone else, hey Bernice? Zoe, Chrissy and everyone else who posts with us? Come on guys, what have you been doing exercise wise?

    Talking to myself I guess. LOL

    Anyways still doing good in the exercise dept. Have went to the gym and walked quite a bit. Don't know how I will do when I go for the trial next week but maybe won't be able to exercise, but will try to do what I can do.

    Just wanted to let you know that I walked 3 miles yesterday! Obviously, my walking last week helped as I was down 2 lbs at weigh-in Thursday!

  • I walked 5 miles yesterday (Monday, 4/2) and 3 miles today (Tues, 4/3). Walking is sure good for the soul!
