    1 cup chicken bouillion [0 pts]
    1 coffee/black [0 pts]

    Evening:
    1 snack pack fruit cup [1 1/2 pts]
    1 veggie chicken patty [3 pts]
    1 wheat hamb bun [3 pts]
    1 Skinny Cow low-fat ice cream sandwich [3 pts]

    Snack:
    1 apple w/1 oz cheddar cheese [4 pts]

    TOTAL WATER: 72 oz
    TOTAL POINTS: 26 1/2
