Anyone want/ need regular motivation or support?
Hi,
I know that the whole forum is about giving each other support and motivation, but I was wondering if anyone wanted to have a thread where we can update each other daily or weekly on weight loss, acheivements or set backs, basically keep tabs on each other. talk about how things are going, something more regular than one off posts. Anyone up for it? |
