Lost weight, but still so disapointed in myself.
 
I went from 235 lbs to 170ish. You would think I would be happy, but I'm just miserable. Even though I lost a lot of weight, because I carry a lot of weight in my stomach I still wear a size 14 or 16. I've noticed most people with my weight wear a size 10 or 12. It just bums me out so much. I lost 10 lbs in the last month or so, but only half an inch off my waist. I keep losing weight in my legs and some in my arms. I know whatever body you have is always going to be in that proportions.

I'm so scared that when I reach my goal weight that I'm just going to have skinny legs and a huge stomach and still be ugly. Right now I'm about 42-33-41 with a huge lower pudgy belly. I really would like to get a tummy tuck, but I just can't afford it.

Don't be so hard on yourself! You've done extremely well losing all that weight; try to celebrate at least that if you can! How much further til your goal weight? Could it be that you're taking the weight off where it was last put on...and then maybe the stomach will follow once your legs and arms are finished? Keep exercising to try to tighten things up.

You've obviously done a lot of work to lose at least 60 lbs...rejoice in that success and keep on going!

congrats on the weight youve lost this far... Maybe if you try and work out your stomach more you may lose more in that area. try a bunch of abdomen exercises.. crunches ect..

Weight distribution is a highly variable thing. I am 5'6" and weigh 150 and I am just now fitting into a size 10. You are doing great. Your slimmer waistline is just around the corner. Just give it time.

Congrats on the huge success!! Keep cardio in mind! I had a big belly too, and cardio really helped out with my core. You will get there! Just keep going!

:hug: When I look at your profile picture (I couldn't view the picture you posted in the message), I see a beautiful woman!! Keep on doing what you've been doing and you will amaze yourself!

I am one to get down and ask if it's all worth it, but then I think back to where I was when I started and I answer YES! It's worth it!!!
