I am new to the site, but not to the weight loss struggle. I'm glad that I'm not the only one. Everyone around me seems to be achieving their goals but me...I need help from a different view point other than my own to see what I may be doing wrong and fix it. Thanks for the support! :)

Good luck to everyone on their goals! Mine happens to currently be towards weight loss...1.5 pounds or more per week lost is my mini goal. What are yours?

I'm new to the site and have been leaving posts around the place. I'm looking for a spot to keep up with.

My mini goal is 2 lbs per week. Also, taking the train to work and being on time is my daily goal.

What type of plan is everyone on? I'm doing Dr. Ian Smith's 4-day diet. I'm on day 4 and loving (well as much love as you can give a diet).

Next week I am going to get back to the gym (maybe even start this Saturday).

Just curious, anyone have any tips for a girl with extremely bad asthma and exercising?

Everything I've been trying leaves me wheezing and hurting so bad that I don't even wanna attempt exercising anymore...
