2days ago my partners nan pasted away we was there when it happened, we was so close to her :( love her to bits its so hard to deal with at the moment and my health an diet has gone out the window, my partner is so ripped up its really hurting him. i really dont know what to do!, i feel so lost an empty :( miss her so much

I'm so sorry. I promise that it will get better. I lost my mom in November and my diet and health went to last place for awhile. I'm back on track now, but the reality is that it's tough--especially if you don't find a way to express the grief. And don't let anyone tell you what's appropriate--only you and your partner know what you need. Take care of yourself...my thoughts are with you.

so sorry that your going thru this....worry bout getting thru it...dont stress over the diet ....You need to help yourself and him.....you will make it....it just may take some time...again Im so sorry!

thank you for all of your kind words, its been so hard.. been keeping busy trying to keep my mind off it but found out that her funeral is friday. part of me dont want to go as it will just rock the boat again but i want to go because i want to say my final good byes.

thank you for your support :hug:, things are slowly getting better. been keeping busy with house work and playing with the dogs, now we are able to start to heal as we lay her to rest friday, it was so beautiful, she had a horse and carriage (just as she wanted) so many beautiful flowers, she would of been so proud
