
For me, I have been following calorie plan of 1350-1700 and exercise I do 5 days of HIIT @ 30 minutes and I walk/jog 4 miles in place 7 days a week.


I have had personal trainers before work with weights with me, but I can't afford that now. I could add weights in, but haven't figured out a plan on what to do and how much to do. So...for now I'm swimming and I'm trying to eat 1200 - 1400 cals per day. I'm going to be interested to see what others say.

yeah I tend to exaggerate, but it is a good work out. Just not used to it is all!
