Low carb week of Sept 23
well for me it is getting back Op and clean up my act for a october challenge. this includes getting ready to clear up my head cold.

Exercise...10 miles this week...3.3 so far run/walking Do some strength training... remember I am strong, I am worth it!!!!:smug: |

I have done 8.3 miles so far...walk/running... strength training once...and I am doing great on the water thing.... I have really cut down on the soda... |
