Okay, I did a Body Electric workout last night and today I'm going to log all my food even if I'm not OP. I really shouldn't use the term "OP" because with me there's never a P to start with! Tonight we're seeing the movie "Sherlock Holmes". I know it won't be much like the A. Conan Doyle stories, but I'm looking forward to seeing Robert Downey Jr. without clothes!!! (I'm told a pillow covers up the naughties).

I think Aunt Flo is getting ready to rear her ugly head. Yesterday, I was crying at the drop of a hat...over nothing. And today, my back is pretty sore. I'm still gonna do Zumba tonight though, 'cuz I don't want Annie and Mel to kick my arse again.

Not much going on here. I just can't seem to get motivated. I stopped at Walmart to get groceries and picked up the book "You on a diet"... As i was checking out the lady at the register said that is a great book... She said she started the program and went from 262 lbs to 182 lbs... she looked great... I told her she was my motivation....

Annie please rephrase the "bonk on the head with Mel's Over here bonk is strictly something else - and nowhere near the head. And I doubt that the rolling pin will fit anyway.
