Hello My ladies...
Bjeweled: i am definately down for the challenge. I think accountability is the key, though, like matilda, i am afraid to see what damage i did over the holidays. Still I'm pupmped for the new year. My coworker asked me to start running with hime because he's trying to get his sexy back for 2010. At first I was like naaaa but then I figured why the heck not! Let's friggin do it!
Brit: Yo are well on your way, my dear. Keep up the good work. You will knock the doc's socks off! (wow say that 3 times real fast) Beaka- i ate what i wanted christmas, christmas eve, christmas week! Nothing like the holidays to make you nice and carefree, I am humbled by your discipline Matilda- in this recession i plan to stay my poor behind at home for new years! If i go out itr will be to a friends house. to **** with blowing 300 at a club. I need to get my game plan together lets do this challenge! Ok, nap time...didn't get enough sleep last night |

Let's keep it going! It's a new year and a new decade. I'm excited about reaching my health weight in 2010! Let's do this! :grouphug: Me in 2010 -> :exercise::lifter::woops: I started off good today. I ate really well. I'm joining the gym so I can get involved in classes. I don't have a set weight in my head, but I want to be healthy in 2010. I hope to be at my happy weight by summer. I'm energized, so let's keep each other motivated so this doesn't fizzle out as we get further into the year! :D |

Way to go, Matilda! I'm joining a new gym this week. It's so yucky outside that I've just been trying to eat really until I get back to working out next week.
Me too, Brit!!! I was at 201.2 this morning. I'm hoping to be there any day now! I'm a little nervous about this weekend, because I'm going home again. I ALWAYS eat bad at home, because there are so many good things that I can only get there. |
GOod morning gals! I had a great day yesterday counting my cals ended up with 1310. Cant complain.

Sooo... I got on the scale this morning and it read 200.0. Then I got back on and it read 200.8. Almost to ONEderland!!! :)

the scale read 217.2 today..my TOM is going off..so im hoping 1-3 of those pounds are still the period weight...i plan to be at least 210 or under the end of this month |

Heeeeyy LaDIES!!
Okay so the good news is that i lost 2 pounds this week. The bad news is that it was a result of me being sick and not being able to keep anything down. That was a couple days ago. I'm a little better now, taking things slow with food. what a way to kick things off, right?
You Gurlz seems to be starting off on a good note. I am so excited for this year! Beaka, Cross that line girl! Brit I am rooting for you all the way. Matilda- Keep those cals in check OK so I'm at 171.5 but i won't chnge my ticker just yet because the weight I lost was sick weight. We'll see how long that sticks. TTYL |
