Did not want to come in and post that I was a pound up this morning, almost back to the start, which I thought (see below) was temporary. :dz: I'm going to start following WW plan again. Do it by the numbers. :yes:

October 3th: 221 (Bump UP from yesterday, thinking carbs and salt) Looking to be down at least 3 pounds next week.
October 9th: 217 -- -4
October 16th: 222 -- Back to the start, plus 1 for good measure.
October 23rd: 221 -- Okay. Time to LOSE -- this is getting ridiculous.

Anagram, you're doing great staying close to the border. When you're ready, all you'll have to do is slip across. Huzzah!

Air81, sounds like you've got maintenance down pat. I sometimes think, okay, I seem to be able to maintain this weight pretty well -- why can't I just maintain LOWER? :rolleyes: Man, you're just doing fabulous! :woohoo:

Hi I am new to the site and need to be smacked in the behind and accountable to someone

i guess i will weigh in today as the official start.

Nov 27 - 259.6 There was some stress this week d/t layoffs and junk food.. but hopefully it will be lower from here on out.. and if not.. someone better start kicking my behind..
