The fact that his liver and kidneys are functioning so perfectly is remarkable for his age...even the vet said she was surprised!

It doesn't mean his heart has improved as such, but it does mean it is less risky having him on the meds that are going to help is heart pump stronger thus circulating the oxygen around his body better...making him feel better.

im glad mista is ok.. the kidney and liver test sounds like good news was the vet surprised by that? what sort of dog is he?? any chance of seeing a picture of him?

that looks awesome - makes me think i do want to do it.... have always wanted to then i had jemima and dont want to leave her without a mummy.... a guy i used to work with went on a tandom jump and the shoot didnt open.... so i have been hesitant since then HOWEVER my Dad used to all the time when he was in the SAS so hmmmmm

It actually feels really slow . . . which is why I knew I was off the rails last week when it felt like I was making no progress - I know that my head is messed up from the super low carb days when I averaged like 2kg losses on most weeks and lost like 6kg the first week when I started and like 4 each of the next two weeks. BUT THAT IS NOT NORMAL!!!

Really trying to change how my head works around this stuff . . . I'll get there :)

Oh my god Lindor, that was AWESOME!!! Makes me want to do it too. And yeah, not a bad way to spend an afternoon, strapped to some hot dude!

After all the lollies yesterday, I went to the gym and did weights followed by 20 minutes jogging and 10 minutes walking so that went some way to making me feel a bit better about pigging out.

Thankfully all the lollies are gone now so I should have no problems with food today! Will go to the gym after work and do some cardio then having a friend over for dinner and I'm going to make us a lovely big chicken salad :D
