  • I too have missed a couple days in my journal book, and a lot of days on here - but I am back!

    DINNER 5/31:
    1 chicken breast (3 pts)
    1 small potato w/butter (3 pts)
    1 Kahlua & soda (6 pts)
    1 Little Debbie oatmeal creme cookie! (7 [pts)!!!!!!

    BREAKFAST 6/01:
    2 eggs/scrambled w/1 slice velveeta cheese (6 pts)
    1 strip bacon (1 pt)
    1 english muffin w/1 tbsp jam (4 pts)
    2 coffees/black (0 pts)

    LUNCH 6/01:
    1 orange (2 pts)
