So...today is day nine without any cigarettes and I've been doing okay until yesterday.

I'm in PMS right now and I'm having a heck of a time. I've always had the worst (and I mean bad) salty carb cravings while PMS/ToM.

Since I began my WoE when I'd go into PMS/ToM I'd smoke to help combat the cravings. I can't do that now. I'm seriously thinking about getting in my car and driving on base to the shoppette...

...and the sad thing is, I'm torn between the Ruffles potato chips and a pack of cigarettes.

Just ate a bag of celery sticks - didn't help.
Making another in-plan snack right now and hoping it does.

Going crazy here, all I can think about is potato chips...or a smoke...or potato chips... argh!

Made it through the night, had my second snack and went to bed. Cravings aren't so bad this morning though I know that is typical. Usually night is when I smoked anyway.

Weight gain for the third day in a row (this morning's WI) also. Am sticking to plan foods but am eating too much...combine that with the bloating and the scales have me slightly depressed.
