Low Carb Weigh in (should have been) 3/15
Ladies... nO weigh in this week????? Were we all on vacation? I can't let that happen, so I started this a few days late. Better late than never (Plus I had a loss, so I have to sing about it!)
Mr. Scale, I love you so... I am lighter this you know... 196 on the scale you see... That number means there is less of me! Three pounds gone, Mr. Scale it's true! I'm so happy I don't know what to do! Three more pounds by Friday that would be Leaving me ecstatic at 193! Thank you Mr. Scale!!! "STAYING ACCOUNTABLE" and "TRUE" to myself!!!! Love ya ladies????anyone else wanna sing???:s: |
Well I have ,ost from a few days ago but that is not as good as it seems i am retaining fluid from ham and hot dogs and tons of carbs. On friday i weighed 179!!!! 10 lbs up!!!

I know it is water and that is why i am mad. I know not to look at the numbers and all but it still gets to me. I am down another 1 today at the cost of peeing 3 times last night.

I LOVE to pee, as long as it means that i weigh less! I hope I am up all night tonight peeing!!!:lol:
