My points for Wednesday was 3 - didn't stay within my points, and for yesterday I only got 2. :o I ate too much, and didn't exercise. That brings me to a huge total of 12! What a slacker!

I am going to sign up now for the challenge starting tomorrow.
1. No mindless grazing 2. 30 minutes of MOVING 3. Eat veggies 4. Nothing to eat after 8 p.m. I made a chart so I can keep score. Here's hoping I can get back on track. |
