Morning ladies! I didn't make it to the gym last night, but otherwise everything was good!
Breakfast: Oatmeal and banana. Tea with milk (4)
Snack: Fiber One Bar (2)
Lunch: Cashew Chicken (WW recipe) and 1 cup carrots (8)
Snack: Green pepper (raw) and pear (1)
Dinner: Spicy Black Bean Soup (WW recipe), 1 cup milk, and 2 laughing cow light swiss cheese wedges (6.5)
Gym: 40 minutes on the bike and 2 sets of weights (+6)
Total Points used: 21.5 (out of 21)
Total Points earned: 6
Total Points swapped: 0.5

If the meeting place near you offers the monthly pass (and I think about 95% of them do), then you can pay $39.95 per month for a meeting every week and you will also get the online tools. This averages about $9.22 a month. If you pay weekly, it is $13 a week and you get no online tools. BTW, I cannot live without the online tools. I
