NOT GOOD! Received a food gift from a friend ... and I ate some of it ...

Marzipan and gourmet chocolate were involved so NOT PRETTY!

I don't even know how far over my calories were so I will put it behind me and move on! NO SCALE today as I don't want to know ...

But I'm back on program as of this morning, and will be back on the scale tomorrow! (I did do a short walk yesterday, but really needed a LONG one ... but today will be better.)

I find just calorie-counting works best for me, though there are any number of good *official* plans ... I say, whatever works for you! My dates: I started Sunday, January 26 and will end this Challenge Sunday, March 2. I weigh in on Sundays, because that's when I started it. You can follow my schedule or set up one of your own.
