weekly weigh in for friday January 25!

welli was braging to much I am up to 172 from 170.5 it is the stupid icecram sunday from tuesday. i was up 2 and have not ostit since!! i have been eatin fair since, not really bad but too many fats, so i wll be back to strict!! I need to drop this water!!

I would like to share that the metal monster and I are not getting along. He is lucky he is in the house and not in the snow bank!

I am still 232# UGH. Got my work out planned for next week. I am tryin g to refine my food intake and committed to my water. We'll see what next friday brings

Mr. Scale is MEAN.
And....my computer is actng up,
I need a new machine!

Hello All....I finally got a scale. $5.00 on clearance. My Mom went to the Dr. yesterday, and she weighed herself on it and she said it was dead on with the doctor scales so....I will go by what my lovely new scales say...

My new weight is 201...:(....after breakfast this AM. I am not sure if that would have made a dif or not.
